Envelop was created with the intention of holding space for our present selves. Wrapping ourselves tightly with care, safety and acceptance, making space for the smaller, more unsure, younger versions of ourselves to be held.

We'll begin with meditation to lead us into a comforting space, journal to our younger selves and end the evening with movement to release and come back to our present bodies.

Full moons normally facilitate letting go, so on this Blue Supermoon we gather to let go of pieces of ourselves that no longer serve us. We are unraveling to get closer to our truest selves. Acknowledging the armor we use as protection and peeling back the layers to practice tuning into ourselves. Join us as we commune for the Supermoon in Pisces.
